Mentorship Program!

The Impact CR Leadership and Service Committee has announced the launch of their new Mentorship Program beginning September 1, 2010. Goals of this program include the ability to support professional and career development, create connections between young professionals and established community members and increase the involvement of working professionals in the Cedar Rapids community. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in your career or the career of someone who is rising in the profession.The total time commitment will be around 3 – 4 1-hour meetings with the mentees and some follow-up work, September-December. Vision 2025 Survey
The ImpactCR Vision 2025 program was established to identify the Now & Next Generation's vision and develop a framework for creating a community that appeals to it.  The survey is the program's first step towards these goals-to understand the needs and priorities of the now and next generation.  Please click here to contribute your thoughts as we move forward with this project.
